Serving People, Serving Nation
I am Kripa Shankar Singh, a retired IPS officer and the Founder of Gurukul Montessori School, established in 2010 at Phaphamau, Prayagraj. After serving the nation with pride, I turned to the field of education to continue contributing to society by nurturing young minds.
Our school is a CBSE-affiliated, English-medium institution from Nursery to Class 12, built on the pillars of discipline, values, and holistic development. We focus on academic excellence, character building, and life skills, ensuring that every child is prepared for both success and service. Over the years, Gurukul has earned a strong reputation for its dedicated staff, modern infrastructure, and value-based education.
I warmly invite you to be a part of our mission where every child is guided to grow with confidence, integrity, and purpose.

The mission is to actively work toward strengthening individuals and communities by integrating education, social welfare, and ethical enterprise into a unified purpose. Every effort undertaken is guided by sincerity, responsibility, and a deep commitment to societal well-being. A core mission is to promote quality and value-based education that develops intellectual ability along with moral strength and emotional maturity. Education, in this mission, is treated as a continuous journey rather than a destination. The focus remains on nurturing critical thinking, discipline, confidence, and a strong ethical compass. Another key mission is to encourage holistic development. True growth is not limited to academic achievement alone. Equal importance is placed on life skills, emotional intelligence, leadership qualities, and social awareness. The mission supports learning environments where individuals are encouraged to discover their potential, express their creativity, and build strong self-belief. Social upliftment forms an essential part of this mission. There is a strong commitment to supporting inclusive development, especially for underprivileged and underserved sections of society. This includes promoting educational awareness, encouraging equal opportunities, and supporting initiatives that create long-term positive impact rather than temporary relief. The mission also extends to fostering a culture of responsibility and service. Society progresses when individuals understand their role beyond personal success. By encouraging community engagement and ethical thinking, the mission aims to inspire people to contribute actively toward social harmony and development.
The vision is to dedicate life, leadership, and experience to the upliftment of society through education, service, and ethical responsibility. Education is not seen merely as academic instruction, but as a lifelong process that shapes character, regulation, confidence, and a strong moral foundation. A society progresses when individuals are empowered with knowledge, along with strong values. The vision focuses on creating opportunities where people, especially children and youth, can grow intellectually, emotionally, and ethically. True development, in this belief, comes when education nurtures responsible thinking, compassion, and a sense of purpose toward society and the nation. Education is recognized as a leading tool for nation-building. However, knowledge without values remains incomplete. The vision, therefore, emphasizes value-based learning, where honesty, respect, discipline, and social responsibility are deeply integrated into personal and professional growth. Individuals shaped under such principles are better prepared to face challenges with integrity and confidence. Another important aspect of this vision is the balance between tradition and modernity, between progress and responsibility, and between individual success and collective welfare. Indian cultural values and ethics are considered a strong foundation, while modern thinking, innovation, and adaptability are essential for growth in a changing world. The vision works to maintain this balance with care and long-term vision. Beyond education, the vision includes contributing meaningfully to society through social awareness and community development. Growth is meaningful only when it reaches all sections of society. By encouraging inclusive thinking and social sensitivity, this vision nurtures a culture where service comes naturally and is shared by everyone, not seen as a duty but as a collective responsibility. Ultimately, the vision is to leave behind a legacy of positive change where education, service, and integrity work together to shape individuals who contribute responsibly to society, uphold values, and inspire future generations to lead with purpose.
